Swim/Dive sign ups will take place on Tuesday, May 14th from 5:30-7:30 at the swim club.  Swimville will be there for your athletes to try on suit sizes and there is a new team suit this year.  I have attached the order form from Swimville for you to view. 

We are trying something new this year; Online Registration.  This is my first time creating the online form, so please let me know if there are any issues.  I would still like to accept payment in person - cash/check.  I am going to leave a box marked "swim/dive team" payments in the office so that people can drop off payments anytime once the pool opens for the season.  (You can also give the payment to us at sign ups).
