Good afternoon,

For those of you new to swim, at the end of the season we have 'A' and 'B' Finals.  'B' Finals will take place on Monday (7/8) @ Orchard Hill Swim Club.  Everyone who is not invited to swim at 'A' Finals will be invited to swim at 'B' Finals.  'B' Finals is a fun meet, run similar to a normal swim meet.  More information about 'B' Finals will be available after the coaches determine who is going to 'A' Finals.

'A' Finals takes place over 2 days, (7/9 and 7/10) at the Mason Community Center.  The first day are the prelims and this day is broken into 2 sessions.  The first session will start around 1:00 with warm ups around noon.  The first session is for swimmers 12 and under.  The second session will begin around 6:00 and is for swimmers ages 13+.  Day 2 are the finals and there is only one session that begins around 4:00 with warmups anytime 2:30 or later.  The tentative timeline for 'A' Finals is attached. 

At this time, I only have 'A' finals listed in Swimtopia.  IF you are able to attend both days of 'A' Finals - please declare your swimmer/swimmers as attending.  NOT all swimmers who are able to attend will be invited to attend.  The coaches will select the swimmers with the BEST times out of those swimmers who are able to attend.
