Two quick things in this email:

1. PLEASE sign up for a job for A Finals!  We need your help!

2. If you would like to buy an "ad" for your swimmer in the heat sheet please see the information below.  I think it is common to maybe buy an ad for a graduating senior?!  Please let me know ASAP if you would like to purchase an ad.

PPSL A finals will be held at the Mason Municipal Aquatic Center on July 9th and 10th

• More than 1000 swimmers from the Cincinnati area will be competing at this meet
• During the two day event, three separate heat sheets will be sold: two for the prelim sessions on Tuesday, and one for finals on Wednesday
• Purchased ads will print in all three heat sheets

All ads are the sizes listed below:

• One half inch is allowed around the outside of the page for printing margins
• All ads will be in black and white (even if the copy given is in color)
• There is one back cover available on a first come first serve basis
• Payments can be made via check or Venmo. All ads must be paid for in advance
• All artwork must be sized to the ad size designated below and submitted as an image file [email protected]
• Any ads not correctly sized will be resized to fit dimensions given. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Thanks!

• Full page ad size 7.5 x 10” Price $100
• Half page ad size 7.5 x 5” Price $50
• Quarter page ad size 3.75 x 5 Price $25
