Hello Fighting Tunas!

We are so excited for the kickoff of the 2026 swim season for the Three Rivers swim team! As we get ready for our first meet, please keep the following important details in mind:

• First Meet Theme: The theme for our first meet is a Hawaiian theme! Please wear all of your Hawaiian attire as we kick off the season.
• Bake Sale & Grill: For each home meet, we're asking each family to bring a baked good to sell at our bake sale.  This can be homemade or store bought. The proceeds will help our team be able to do fun things throughout the year. Also, we will have the grill open. Please bring cash for the grill and bake sale.
• Heat Sheet:  We will be sending out a heat sheet tomorrow morning.  This heat sheet will list the events that the swimmers will participate in. If there are any attendance errors — meaning your child is listed to swim and will not be there or your child is not listed to swim and will be swimming — please let us know by noon tomorrow! You will want to print this out at home and use it to follow along with the meet.
Swimmer Marking: One piece of equipment each family needs is a Sharpie marker. Please write your child's first and last name on their right shoulder blade and their events on their forearms.
• 8 and Unders: Volunteers will help gather the 8 and under swimmers for their events. They will meet by the deep end guard chair. It is up to families to get each swimmer to the volunteers so they do not miss their event.
• Team T-Shirts: We have begun passing out T-shirts to each kid. If you signed up for the swim team before the last week of May, we have your swimmer's T-shirt. Do not worry if you signed up later—we will place a second order for the next round.  We will be passing these out during practice tomorrow and next week - we will not be passing them out at the meet.

• Swim Caps:  We will have swim caps with us at practice tomorrow as well as the meet.
