A few reminders ... tomorrow is day one of finals!  I will send out an email tomorrow about day two of finals.

Theme for Tuesday: Red and Black - wear your 3 Rivers team shirt - feel free to go all out with red and black!

Volunteers: We still need one more timer for the second session - 13 and over prelims. PLEASE sign up if you are able! (and thank you to those who already signed up to help)

Heat Sheets: The heat sheet will be available for purchase at the door, $5, cash only.

What to bring: If this is your first time attending it can be overwhelming. Make sure to send your swimmer with a reusable water bottle, snacks, and an extra towel. You can purchase food as well at the concession area. Parents are not allowed on deck with their swimmers.

Session 1: 12 and Under Prelims

• Please arrive by 12:25 (This is will give you time to enter, find your team and get ready before warms ups)
• 12:40 - Warm ups for 3 Rivers in lanes 5 and 6
• 1:10 - Meet Starts
• Estimated ending time - 5:10 pm

Session 2: 13 and Over Prelims

• Please arrive by 5:15
• 5:30 - 6:00 - Warm ups for 3 Rivers in Lane 9 (warm down pool)
• 6:10 - Meet Starts
• Estimated ending time - 9:00 pm
